Birth Loop is a community birth preparation programme operated by Learn Loop Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Sessions
Birth Loop sessions are free to attend and open to expectant parents, partners, and supporters in South London. Sessions are currently held in Brixton and Peckham.
Sessions are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for medical advice, clinical care, or professional midwifery services.
Session formats include Women-Only, Couples, and Men-Only. Please ensure you select the appropriate format when booking.
3. Booking & Spaces
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your place at a session. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We will contact you by email to confirm your place or to add you to our waitlist if a session is fully booked.
Venue details will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Please do not travel to a venue until you have received confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Changes
If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@birthloop.com so that your place can be offered to someone on the waitlist.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue issues, facilitator illness, or insufficient numbers. In such cases, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and offer an alternative date where available.
As sessions are free of charge, no refunds are applicable.
5. Health & Wellbeing
Birth Loop sessions are designed to be inclusive and trauma-informed. However, participants attend at their own discretion.
If you have specific health concerns or complications during pregnancy, we recommend consulting your midwife or healthcare provider before attending.
Please inform us of any accessibility requirements, dietary needs, or additional support you may need when completing your booking form. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Birth Loop sessions are not a clinical service and facilitators are not acting in a clinical capacity during sessions.
6. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or video footage at sessions for use in our marketing and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a facilitator at the start of the session.
Participants must not record, photograph, or film other attendees without their explicit consent.
7. Behaviour & Safeguarding
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Birth Loop operates in accordance with safeguarding best practices.
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Birth Loop website and within our sessions, including the game format, materials, graphics, and resources, is the intellectual property of Learn Loop Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Learn Loop Limited takes all reasonable care in the delivery of Birth Loop sessions and the information provided on this website. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Any personal injury sustained at a session unless caused by our negligence
- Any loss or damage to personal property
- Any decisions made based on information provided during a session
- Any inaccuracies in third-party content or external links on our website
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a booking request, you consent to us using your data to process and manage your booking.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or attendance at sessions following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
