Birth Loop is a full immersive board game experience where you eat, play, laugh and learn everything you need to feel truly ready for birth. No boring lectures. No clipboards. Just real preparation that actually sticks — and a gamified innovation in reducing maternal inequalities in our communities.
Celebrating the Journey
What to Expect
Part escape room. Part celebration. Part life-changing preparation. Birth Loop brings together everything you need to feel confident, informed and ready.
About Birth Loop
Imagine an escape room designed around your birth journey. Birth Loop is a large-scale, immersive board game experience that transforms how families prepare for one of the biggest moments of their lives. Think tactile challenges, live scenarios, problem-solving under pressure and real midwife expertise — all in one celebratory space.
You navigate a colour-coded game board, choose your own path through the maternity journey, and unlock knowledge through play. Food and drink are provided throughout, culturally sensitive and delicious. You leave with a Confidence Toolkit, vouchers, and everything you need to feel ready.
What We Offer
Our flagship immersive experience — a large-scale board game where you navigate the full maternity journey through tactile challenges, peer learning, and real-world scenarios. Using Play-Doh, Dingbats, and Learning Counters to make every concept accessible.
A community-led, peer-supported space for families in the early postnatal period. Connect with others who truly understand the journey, access lived-experience guidance, and find your footing in those precious early weeks.

Why Birth Loop
Birth Loop hasn't launched yet — but the need is clear and the belief is real. Here's what people are saying about why this matters.
I wish something like this existed when I was pregnant with my first. I had no idea what questions to ask or what I was entitled to. Birth Loop fills a gap that NHS appointments simply can't.
As a dad, birth education has never felt designed for me. The men's session concept is exactly what's missing — practical, jargon-free, and action-oriented. I want to feel useful, not lost.
The families I work with in South London face real inequalities in maternity outcomes. A game-based, community-rooted approach that meets people where they are is not just innovative — it's necessary.
